    I saw something in person at Adorn or on Instagram that is not listed online…Can I still order it?
    Yes! If you saw a product in person or in our Instagram feed that is not listed online you can give us a call to order at 774.316.4245. There may be a chance it is no longer in stock, but give us a call and find out. If you plan to order multiple items including ones that are listed online, have the names of the items ready and we will process the whole order over the phone.

    How quick will my order ship? and how will it be shipped?
    Orders typically are shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship via USPS (Priority or Priority Mail Express) and UPS (ground or 2day). We no longer ship via USPS first class mail as we have seen severe delays with shipping times. In some cases with USPS priority mail we have seen delays in shipping times and this holiday season we suggest ordering sooner rather than later. Once we ship your order shipping times are out of our control. 

    Is everything on the website in stock?
    99% of the time everything that is listed on the website is in stock… In the off chance that an item is sold in store before it has been taken off the website we will contact you immediately.  “Made to order” items are occasionally in stock but please allow up to 2 weeks for the handcrafting process before shipment.

    Is your site secure?
    Yes, our site uses the secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt all pages where you enter your address, phone number, credit card or other personal information. We never store your credit card information and take every possible precaution to protect the security of our customers information.

    Do you sell gift cards?
    Currently gift cards are available in-store only. If you have a gift card purchased in-store and want to order online just send us an email or call the shop to order over the phone.

    How can I have my products carried at Adorn?
    If you are an independent designer or maker and are interested in having us carry your work check out our product submission page HERE



    We hope you love your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied  you may return it for a refund.   

       In-Store Purchases: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase with receipt or gift receipt. Item(s) must be in the same condition as when purchased.
    *All sale items are final sale

       Online Purchases: Please email us at contact@Adorncapecod.com for return pre-authorization and to receive our return mailing address and a return code that must be included in the order. 

    Adorn is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments so please package and insure accordingly.
    * Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging.
    *Shipping costs are non-refundable
    * If the order qualified for free shipping, we deduct the shipping charges from the refund.
    * Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. 
    * All sale items are final.
